Shipping & Payments
We use Paypal, Stripe and direct deposit. All 3 options are the latest in technology.

Please confirm the address listed on your Paypal is up to date as we will not be held responsible for shipment to the wrong address. Check your address then placing orders as items can be sent within 1 hour after order is received via our website or Facebook page. 

Please note: For larger items, please email your postcode and suburb for shipping cost, as the price will vary depending on your location.

  • Shipping within Australia Only

  • Shipping to residential or business addresses only. 

  • ALL items have the authorization to be left, unless you require goods to be signed for. Shipping options are listed at checkout.

  • PayPal purchases leave our store daily; Monday - Friday.

  • Direct Deposit purchases can take up to 3 days before leaving the store.

  • We recycle postage bags and parcels whenever possible. 

Payment is required within 24 hrs hours via direct deposit, otherwise items will relisted at our discretion.

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of your payment being processed.

 

Returns Policy

After you've completed shopping online or shopping in store, you can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

We do not offer refunds on any of our personalised products. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please contact us via telephone or email before returning your items. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item.

In the event that you are returning an item, please ensure that all packaging is UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED, clean and with tags attached. We do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear and or jewellery due to health and safety of others. In the event that items are returned without tags and or packaging we cannot fulfill your refund.
